End User License Agreement (EULA) for Messiah : Bible Chat

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Messiah : Bible Chat app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this app.

2. License Grant

Messiah : Bible Chat grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make the app available to any third party.
• Modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Messiah : Bible Chat or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Messiah : Bible Chat or third parties. All rights, titles, and interests in and to such property remain solely with Messiah : Bible Chat.

5. Content and Services

The content and services provided through the app are intended for informational and interactive chat purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional theological, spiritual, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals regarding matters pertaining to your beliefs, spiritual guidance, or other personal concerns.

6. Modifications to Application

Messiah : Bible Chat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any services it connects to, with or without notice and without liability to you.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Messiah : Bible Chat. Messiah : Bible Chat may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Termination may result from any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and interpreted to achieve its objectives to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Amendments to this Agreement

Messiah : Bible Chat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the app after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
